Far from being some esoteric idea, the chakra system is the gearbox that enables Supernatural energy, which you could just as easily call electromagnetic energy (of the natural kind) to be transmitted to your own mind/body system. From there, you transduce and transmit this energy to all life on earth, the earth itself and to the greater cosmos. The effects of Supernatural energy are observable and various methods of working with it are provable. If you have problems related to health, relationships, work or money (that just about covers everything, doesn’t it?) one or more of your chakras will be out of whack. You know what happens if you put the car in the wrong gear, it judders or leaps and you get that grinding sound and lose power to the wheels? If your life is going nowhere fast and you keep making the same mistakes again and again, that’s a symptom of grinding gears on your chakras, which could create a killer chakra.
The good news is that, if you correct chakra issues, and keep them humming along as they were designed to, other problems become easily resolvable, some even disappear completely. You will have more energy available to do other things and your life moves up a gear. Does that sound incredible? Well, all you have to do is prove it for yourself and you don’t need any special skills, it won’t cost you anything, all you need is a friend. I’ve seen this work with hundreds of other people over the past 10 years and a few weeks ago I had the opportunity to experience it for myself, so now I am 100% confident in the procedure.
The Manipura is otherwise known as the Solar Plexus Chakra or the Third Chakra, third as in the third primary chakra from the First or Root Chakra (Muladhara) moving upwards. In the Hindu tradition it is known as the City of Jewels and I think of it as the Master Dial. It is also sometimes referred to as the Navel chakra and many writers describe it as being located behind the navel, which is somewhat confusing. In my working with chakras I’ve found that, in the vast majority of cases, the manipura is located about four fingers above the navel.
If you make the manipura mudra to balance this chakra, by clasping your hands together and intertwining your fingers over your abdomen in the place where they naturally fall, then extending the middle fingers outwards to make a point, the point would be directly over the manipura. To do this mudra correctly, women should have their left thumb over the right and it’s reversed for men. It only works on the chakra if you chant ‘raam’ loud enough for it to vibrate in the area beneath your hands. I’ve not found this method to be as effective as the Chakra Correction Method I describe below, but if you are on your own and feel you have a manipura disturbance, it will help. Pennyroyal herbal oil and pennyroyal tea also support the manipura.
In this post I’m focusing on the Solar Plexus and Root chakras and the relationship between them. That is not to discount the significance of the Sacral or Second chakra (Svadhisthana), but that is a whole subject in itself. The function of the Sacral Chakra can be summarised as the seat of the pleasure circuits. Energy comes into the Sacral Chakra from the Root Chakra and from other terrestrial life forms and goes out from the Sacral Chakra to other creatures and to the earth itself – the emotional body of the earth, Her living waters, are interactive with our Sacral Chakras. Adverse weather is a direct consequence of lack of natural human pleasure. A subject for another day…..
The chakras can be imagined as funnel-shaped vortices that extend out of the body front and back. The centre point of each funnel, or trumpet, where it is narrowest, interact with a specific bundle of nerves, or plexus. Each nerve plexus correlates to a specific spinal region, the corresponding glands in the endocrine system and is involved in the communication and management system of certain organs and senses.
The solar plexus chakra corresponds to the lumbar region of the spine and pain in this region correlates with a dysfunctional manipura. Correcting the spin of the chakra will alleviate the pain in most cases and, crucially, allow you to receive the insight as to what you need to change in your life to prevent the pain from returning. I have witnessed a visibly protruding lumbar disc assimilate into the correct position, so that all pain was dissolved and mobility restored, over a period of 90 minutes when the function of the solar plexus chakra was restored.
The nerves corresponding to the solar plexus chakra are mostly
involved in the management of the digestive system, providing the
communication between the organs and the brain, so that digestive
juices and insulin are regulated, for example. The corresponding
gland of the endocrine system is the pancreas. All pancreatic and
digestive problems correlate to manipura dysfunction and correcting
the manipura is necessary for sustained recovery – whether you
believe it or not.
Psychologically, the solar plexus chakra is associated with will power and self-esteem. When all is well with this chakra you have a ‘can do’ attitude and confidence in your ability to deal with whatever comes up in your life, initiate action and work with intention and your insight or intuition is strong. When it’s not functioning correctly, you can feel overwhelmed or irritated, misunderstood and unable to get, or even define what you want in life. A classic symptom of third chakra dysfunction is loss of sense of humour. There is no escaping manipura malfunction now and then, as it is involved in all your interactions in the social domain. It functions as a ‘master dial’ on the other chakras, regulating the intensity you bring to your sense of self as the identity node of experience of your own life, and the centrepoint to which every thing else responds.
The manipura is traditionally represented as having ten petals, which are said to correspond to the following ‘disturbances’: spiritual ignorance, thirst, jealousy, treachery, shame, fear, disgust, delusion, foolishness and sadness. This was determined many generations ago in a very different culture to ours, so some of the disturbances might be slightly different for us today, yet the image of the chakra, its physical structure and its function still apply. The ten petals correspond to the main nerves that link the digestive organs and the brain and indicate the ten most prevalent issues that plague the social domain. Any individual who wants to access the energy needed to use their latent powers, must clear the disturbances that arise in the solar plexus chakra. This is humbling, grinding, crunch work, sometimes it seems as if it goes on forever, the same issues arising again and again, but you can be as certain as you can of anything that this is what is crying out to be corrected in your life, so that you can move on. The Chakra Correction Procedure helps speed up the process.
The downward pointing triangle in the circle of the ten petals indicates that the disturbances have emerged from emotions generated by unconscious learned behaviour from childhood, as well as the ongoing effects of our own cultural amnesia. We now know that these patterns that have been deliberately inculcated over generations to prevent self-actualization and autonomy, to keep us weak, confused and easily controlled. However, the experiential history of each race is written in the ten petals of the manipura and the future is created through how each individual corrects the issues that are shown up.
Most of the world is now in a state of deliberately contrived thirst. In the west, we drink dead clean water that flushes the system, but does not hydrate the cells. Dr. Batmanghelidj observed in his book, Your Body’s Many Cries for Water, that most sickness is caused by dehydration and that we actually lose our perception of thirst as we get older because the body has resorted to chronic drought management procedures and no longer asks for something it will never get. Maintaining people in a state of perpetual thirst is a proven method for keeping us stuck in second gear! Anytime you find yourself saying: why does this always happen to me? It is a the solar plexus chakra crying out for correction. (As an aside, when we lived in London we used to filter our water and structure it with lasers, which was expensive and slow. We now have a much easier and cheaper method, that you can find out about here.)
The manipura is where the individual meets the collective. The
solar plexus chakra continuously broadcasts your emotional state and
entrains or reacts to others that are broadcasting on similar or more
intense frequencies. Telepathy and projection occurs via the chakras
through infrasound, ultrasound, sonoluminesense and biophotons, with
each chakra attuning to and amplifying signals within a specific
frequency range, which are then interpreted by the brain. So,
fear of authority spreads when some one experiences it and
unconsciously broadcasts it via the solar plexus chakra and it is
received by everyone in the vicinity who holds a similar
disturbance. The big question is, what is the effect of some one
The Killer Chakra
Towards the end of 2018, I started to feel unwell. I’m usually robustly healthy and optimistic, so when I started to experience an ongoing, intense pain in my kidney, along with debilitating backache and a sense of despondency, it was unusual. I started wearing the pain relief amulet and bangle continuously and although it was reducing the pain by about 80%, I didn’t feel as though I was healing. My gums were bleeding at the slightest touch and my teeth had become super-sensitive – I began to ask myself some questions. At the time, coming into winter, I was considering some changes in our lives. We had decided to stop running retreats and needed to find another source of income and, even though we had several great opportunities in the pipeline, I knew I’d hit an inherited fear and scarcity programme. But I couldn’t seem to shift it.
The first thing to note is that, in
that state of mind, it’s really easy to miss the obvious; I’ve
corrected the chakras of hundreds of people and witnessed many
amazing results, but it took four weeks before I thought, “Hmmm, I
wonder if it might be a good idea to check my chakras.” So, Dean
did it for me there and then and the result was instantaneous. I
felt the energy move up my back, the pain in my back and kidney went
immediately and when I went to brush my teeth (just to really, see if
it worked) my gums didn’t bleed and my teeth weren’t sensitive at
all. As I said, I’ve seen this kind of ‘miraculous healing’ in
many other people and in several cases the results have been
validated by medical tests, but this was the first time I experienced
it for myself.
Before describing what Dean did, I
want to stress that this is a really simple, painless and
self-evident procedure that anyone can do on anyone else. In fact,
it is so simple that you might be tempted to discount its value; I
can’t say that it works for every condition or individual, or even
that it’s the best or only solution, but I can say with 100%
confidence that most people will experience immediate significant
positive changes in their physical or psychological health, that they
can then build upon. It won’t work so well if you are drugged up
to the eyeballs and, although you don’t need to believe in anything
for it to work, you can will it not to work.
In this instance, my root chakra was
spinning in the wrong direction and my solar plexus chakra was
closed. I had become so involved in my disturbances that my manipura
had shutdown, which is its first response to self-directed harsh
criticism, so as to limit the effects of entrainment to similar
negativity from others. I’ve never experienced my muladhara
spinning in the wrong direction before, but I have seen it in others.
Last summer we had a friend show up with a broken coccyx – the
coccyx is the part of the spine that is said to correlate to the root
chakra. He had just been signed off from work for six months because
of it and was in a lot of pain. He showed us the x-rays. I did the
chakra correction procedure that I’ve described below with him and
his spine healed instantly. Obviously, I could not verify this with
x-rays, but he jumped off the couch, declared that his pain was
completely gone and he was able to move around, work and get on with
life. Unfortunately, although the physical issues were resolved, the
emotional and psychological issues were not. At the time of the
correction, this individual’s solar plexus chakra was also closed
and although we opened it in the session, he did not follow through
with any of his intentions. The energy of the inner sun must be
aimed outwards into the social domain, or else the aroused kundalini
(who provides the energy boost for accelerated healing) will sink
into her base, animal instincts. We all witnessed how he began to
destroy himself and the effect this had on everything around him and
I will write more on this in another post.
I’ve spent several months contemplating this incident and I’m as certain as I can be that the experience I had with the kidney and back pain was my body teaching me what I wanted to learn. I was shown how I was using the destructive power of the earth to kill myself! That might sound overly dramatic, but the directive power of the solar plexus chakra, the inner sun, will ultimately regenerate or destroy you – your choice! I’m committed to learning the processes of alchemical regeneration, which is leading me to explore kundalini and the ouroboros and the path is crystal clear: before you can regenerate, you have to stop killing yourself! To deny or ignore what calls for your attention WITHIN YOURSELF is to work against yourself and against nature and the cries from your own body will get increasingly stronger until addressed or you die. The manipura is the ‘master dial’ because this is where the mental ability to address emotional issues arises, which regulates the ‘throttle level’on the other chakras and your access to life-force energy, or kundalini. The solar plexus chakra is not showing you problems or limitations; it’s showing you exactly where to focus your self-determination in order to shift up a gear and fulfill your destiny. When the manipura is undisturbed, you have more energy available for other things. Not only is your full individuated life force flowing, but the warmth of your inner sun will arouse the sleeping kundalini, bringing Shakti power online.
The root chakra, or muladhara, is
attuned to earth frequencies. The four petals signify the cardinal
directions or up down, forwards and backwards. When the root chakra
is open and spinning in the correct direction you feel safe,
confident and supported by the earth, because you are! It is the
foundation from which our conceptual and physiological self arises.
The root chakra closes, as a reflex action, to protect you from
destructive energies as a child and before you develop the mental
ability to differentiate experience. We live in a society that
generates fear to make sure we never feel safe, especially as
children and many people never get to feel natural, regenerative
earth frequencies for so many reasons. When spinning in the correct
direction, the root chakra generates the power of FOR-ness. For-ce,
derived from latin roughly translates as ‘power to it’.
For anyone who is awake and willing,
who wants to participate in eliminating the parasites that plague us
and resolving the problems of the world, you begin by correcting the
chakras. This isn’t a substitute for external action, but the locus
point of all action. The extent to which abhorrent, deviant and
overtly satanic behaviour is being portrayed in the mainstream, shows
that the enemies of life have reached a new level of confidence in
their occult methodologies – they don’t need to hide what they’re
doing anymore. Not that the masses have any awareness of how this
affects them, or that they are unconsciously killing themselves, as
well as everything around them – no one can separate themselves
from reality. The root chakra is the killer chakra, when it is
spinning in the wrong direction, the force of destruction. Lack of
self-love, failure to act with self-determination and address the
disturbances that arise in the manipura all lead to the activation of
the killer chakra.
That’s the bad news. The good news is that our Aeonic Mother, in Her perfect wisdom, provides multiple solutions to every problem we face. I’ve used this Chakra Correction Method hundreds of times with consistent results. It is a physiological process that creates real and self-evident changes in your mind-body system. I offer it with a caution in that, while it dissolves the confusion that prevents you from seeing what you need to do in your life and releases the energy that is stuck in grinding gears, it is not a substitute for action and you still need to do your own work.
Chakra Correction Method
1. Train your pendulum to show you a
correct ‘yes’ and ‘no’ until you have confidence in the
2. Have the subject lay on their back
in a comfortable position, knees may be raised if necessary.
3. Locate their root chakra with the
palm of your dominant hand, by holding your hand, palm facing
downwards, a handswidth or so over the crotch area, where the chakra
is located. You will feel a thickness in the air, or heat, or
tingling in your hand when you have the correct spot.
4. Remove your hand and, holding the end of the chain of your pendulum drop it so that the point lands a handswidth above the physical body of the subject in the area where you located the chakra.
YOU DO NOT PHYSICALLY TOUCH THE SUBJECT AT ANY POINT IN THIS PROCEDURE
5. If the chakra is working
correctly, after a few moments, it will start to rotate in a counter
clockwise direction (from the perspective of the subject, as if they
were looking down on themselves) for a woman and clockwise for a man.
6. If the chakra is closed, the pendulum will hang still, as if sucked down to the chakra. If this happens, you open the chakra by locating it again with the palm of your dominant hand (you are using your healing palm chakra for this) and begin rotating your hand as if spinning a disc, in the correct direction – ie clockwise for a man and counterclockwise for a woman. After a few seconds, stop spinning and check with your pendulum to see if it moves in circles in the correct direction. If not, do the process again.
7. Repeat the process for each chakra
moving upwards, remembering that the spin alternates.
8. If a chakra is spinning in the
wrong direction, you correct it in the same manner; locate it with
your palm and rotate your hand in the correct direction. Always,
remember to check with the pendulum afterwards.
Chakra Spin Directions
The spin directions I describe here may not correspond to other sources, but these are what I’ve verified as correct over several hundred sessions.
The procedure is self-evident because you use a pendulum to see the spin of the chakras – it is a biofeedback device. You can’t see the chakras themselves, but you can see how they cause a pendulum to spin in one direction or another, or not at all if that chakra is closed. The procedure is for six of the primary chakras only – I’ve never encountered the need to work on the Crown Chakra, also known as the seventh chakra or the Sahasrara, the Thousand Fold Chakra.
The key points to understand about the workings of the chakras are:
– each chakra spins either clockwise or counterclockwise when it is open and working correctly
– when a chakra is closed, it does not
– the chakras alternate spin direction
from the root chakra up
– the chakras of men and women spin in the opposite directions
